MEET THE ALLTECH MANAGEMENT TEAM

Jason has worked in the rope access and height work industry for well over a decade. As founder and current Managing Director of Alltech he’s become one of the key voices for occupational health and safety in the industry. Jason is all about careful consideration, quality and efficiency. Reliable work is his ethos. But that doesn’t mean that he’s all work and no play. Jason has a great sense of humour, is a down to earth guy and easy to get along with. As an avid camper there’s nothing he loves more than a fun day 4WD’ing and a quiet night outdoors next to a fire. 

Jared, aka ‘Woody’, is the local Sunny coast lad with a love of adventure, big ideas and getting tradies on the job. Alltech’s Managing and Sales Director used to own a window cleaning business and got his first paying gig from a tradie who gave him all the spare coins in his car. Since that day he’s been on the grind and developed a passion for working for and with tradies. A qualified height safety supervisor with an MBA; an owner and founder of many trades focus companies and a big advocate for top quality service, the highest standards in safety and the best products on the market. A Sunny Coast local, he loves the beach, scuba diving, fishing, eating out with friends and family… and when the snow season hits, he loves to hit slopes on a snowboard. 

A man of many hats, Matt has been the Operations Manager foremost for the past four years. He has also had the unenvied role of also being the Warehouse Manager and an accredited Sky Pro installer. From maintenance to purchasing, dispatch and acting as a liaison for clients, he’s a talented professional whose standards improve everyone around him. His busy lifestyle extends to his family life too. With 3 energetic sons Matt doesn’t get much time to himself but when he finds the time, he loves to go mountain bike riding or doing DIY projects around the house. 

“Keeping the boys in check” is how Melissa describes her job, but she does so much more than that. As the administration manager the past two years she has kept the accounts organised, the payroll on time and made sure that everything is done right. With nearly 20 years' experience as a general manager at her previous role, she is a treasure trove of organisational and human resource management knowledge and practical applications. When she’s not running the ‘kids’ at work she loves to dabble in interior design, travelling and spending time at the park with ‘Mummy’ friends and her kids at home.

What is there to say about Ben? What can’t be said! He’s the Project Manager of Alltech for the past 12 months and has been keeping the many painting projects on time and well-resourced. His work is exemplary and never goes unnoticed. His specialist painting and project management has been critical to the success of every job since he’s arrived. He’s a team player who enjoys the quiet life and fishing when he can find ‘just the right spot’ and pass the whole weekend by. 

As the current Business Development Manager for “1 fantastic year and 8 sensational months” Guy is an absolute positive force of will at Alltech. He is an incredibly experienced professional in the painting and trades industries. Bringing a wealth of networks, passion and talent to his role that sees him continually grow the business above and beyond. A lover of the good life it’s all about quality family time, golf and the simple pleasures of the Sunshine Coast for Guy. 

Chris has been the Business Development Manager, with a focus on client relations and sales, for the past three years. Before working at Alltech he was a building manager for 12+ years across sites and jobs on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. With a great eye for detail, a very personal understanding of the needs of our clients and brilliant interpersonal skills, Chris has kept us busy and everyone we work with more than satisfied. The outdoors is where he feels most at home, loving the rush of wind as he rides his motorcycle and the fresh air of the outback when he goes camping. 

John, ‘John Boy’, is our resident musician and Business Development Manager, who focuses on business acquisition and client relations. He’s an honest professional with a finger on the pulse of all things trades and trade business related. No matter the needs of a business, he’ll find a way to make the best of any situation and keep on top of all your needs. What does Mr Wilkinson do in his spare time you ask? Glad you asked! Well he has a penchant for organising things around the home and keeping things tidy… and to no one's surprise he enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his family.
